Jackie, Cortlandt Manor, NY: Ellen suggested to my sister that we get Mom set-up with Visual Senior to receive video calls from our family. Mom doesn't have to touch any buttons or figure out any technology. We just call to her and she comes over to the screen. This way we can still be in touch even when things are too busy or the kids are too sick to visit Granny in assisted living. My mom always gets a few laughs or more out of the kids and I'm happy to check in on her and catch up. She is more talkative and lively on video calls than on a regular phone call as well. I was skeptical at first, but so glad we did this. Thanks to Ellen and Visual Senior for keeping us close to Granny!

C.A.M, Briarcliff, NY:  Thanks to Ellen and Visual Senior, I now have anytime access to visiting face to face with my mother through video calls. Although I live close by my mother, I travel for a living and don't get to see her as much as I would like. Because my mother is unable to deal with technical instruments, Ellen set-up the video calls in a way that my mother does not have to touch the unit at all. I call and appear on her screen, I just say, "Hi Mom" and she walks over to the screen and we start chatting. It has given me such a great sense of relief to be able to see and speak to my mother and we both really love this new wonderful connection.

M.V.W, Pleasantville, NY:  My siblings and I started Visual Senior service back in March of 2016. It has been an amazing way to check in and visit with our  mother.  Although I only live 6 miles away from my mother, it is sometimes tough to get to visit her after working in the city all week.  With Visual Senior service, during my lunch hour, I video call to my mother from my office in the city.  My mother is always thrilled to see me appear on the tablet computer in her living room.  The best part is she does not touch the tablet, it is all automatic on her side. I also video call her from my phone when I am out and about.  Having Visual Senior service gives our family peace of mind seeing our  mother in her environment.
