A mother and daughter lived within driving distance to each other in Florida until a new job took the daughter back to New York. This left the daughter with only phone calls and an occasional Florida visit to see how her mother was doing. On one visit, the daughter discovered her mother’s capability to take care of herself was not sufficient to keep her mother safe. The daughter had no idea that things were in such bad shape. If they had regular Visual Senior video visits, the daughter would have seen for herself that her mother needed additional assistance.
Update: The family moved their mother back to New York where they regularly visit her and use Visual Senior Video calls to stop in and say hello when they are unable to be there in person. They have great peace of mind.
